The theme of Trust’s annual summer event this year is Excellence in Early Years Education. It will be hosted by The Aldgate School, the only state-funded primary school in the City of London.
The negative repercussions of the Covid pandemic for this formative period of child development have been well documented by researchers and by the broadcast media. The Princess of Wales, a champion in this field, launched the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, to address these concerns.
Three winners of the ‘Inspirational Educator’ 2025 award in Early Years Education will briefly tell us about their achievements and impact, followed by two experts in the field who will paint the broader picture for us, picking up threads from the Guest Speaker, Baroness Floella Benjamin’s speech at the Election and Awards Dinner on 25th April.
The format is one of a colloquy – an interactive discussion between the presenters and the audience – so do come and join the conversation!
The session will be followed by a relaxed wine and canape reception
